5% buy fees after 30 blocks
15% sell fees after 30 blocks if you do not own any animal in your farm
10% sell fees if you have atleast 1 chicken in your farm
5% sell fees if you have atleast 1 cow in your farm
0% sell fees if you have atleast 1 moo deng in your farm
